We offer two sizes of Umbel subscription flowers; standard (shown) and large. Flowers will vary each week according to what's blooming most beautifully in the cutting patch at the time. 
 
Your first week's delivery of flowers will come complete with a perfectly sized glass vase included, as shown. For each week thereafter, all you need to do is leave this vase (or a similar sized one) outside, and we'll transfer your flowers directly in. If you won't be in to receive the flowers, let us know a cool, covered and shady place where the flowers can be safely left until you get home. 
 
Deliveries will take place each Friday between 12pm and 5pm, and will normally start on the Friday after you've placed your purchase. However, if you'd like your subscription to start on a different Friday, just email us to request this at the same time as placing your order. 
 
Please note there will be no deliveries available on Friday 23rd July, 30th July or 20th August 2021.  Flowers for these weeks will be added to the end of your subscription period. 
 
If there is a week when you're due to be away, that's fine; just let us know (with at least 24 hours notice) and we will add that week's flowers onto the end of your subscription period.  
 
If it's a gift and you'd like the first delivery to arrive on a special date which isn't a Friday (such as for a birthday), then we may be able to accommodate this - please get in touch to check availability (all the subsequent deliveries would be made on a Friday). 
 
You can also request a gift card for your first delivery - simply tell us your message in the 'Gift Card Message' section of your shopping cart.
 
The first information you'll be asked for at checkout is 'Shipping Details' - this is the name and address of the person you'd like to receive your flowers. Please provide as full contact details as possible so we can find the property, and get in touch with someone during delivery if we need to. 
 
Finally, we offer free delivery for all our flowers to postcodes BA1, BA2, BA15, SN13 and SN14 (south of A420). We are sorry but we do not currently deliver outside these postcodes. Please make sure that you or your recipient's delivery address is inside this postcode range before placing an order.
