umbel is one of six companies short listed for the Training Journal award – Best Commercial Training Initiative Under 1000 Employees. Learning and development in small businesses can often take a back seat to more pressing operational results and the judging panel will be looking for innovative solutions aimed at producing real business results for their companies. So fingers crossed on 26th June when the results will be announced!
