How much does umbel cost?

What do I get for my money?

Unlimited access to every umbel module for 12 months, access to 4 new modules every quarter, and any content refreshes.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of the umbel product, and the unrestricted access that you are granted as soon as your umbel account becomes live, refunds will not be permitted once you have logged in to umbel. We recommend that you take advantage of the free trial module before making your decision.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. All you pay is the cost of the licence.  Remember that you will receive a discount when you purchase 5 or more licences at the same time.

Do I pay upfront, or by installment?

You can purchase umbel by credit card, or an account by invoice, with one advance payment.  We also offer a monthly installment plan if you’re buying up to 10 licences.

Do I need to buy a textbook?

No. All the materials you need will be provided online. 

Will my credit/debit card details be secure?

Yes they will. We implement various electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information.

The personal details that you enter into the site will be encrypted by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which will protect the security of your information.

It’s necessary for us to transmit the entire credit/debit card number to the appropriate credit/debit card company during order processing; however, we only reveal the last 5 digits of your credit/debit card number when confirming an order.

Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

It’s important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.

Are my monthly payments likely to increase after I subscribe?

Subscription charges are subject to review on 1st January each year, at which point licence costs may increase or decrease. However, any changes to your monthly payments will only come into effect when your licence is renewed.

Will you pass my details on to other companies?
